| Description: | Major employer in Blount County has requested our assistance recruiting Spanish / English speaking Call Center Representatives. Temporary to Hire positions. Employer offers excellent benefit package and incentives. Non-smoking campus.
Two week paid training provided to gain the company specific knowledge and confidence needed to accomplish tasks. |
| Duties: | Providing excellent customer service while answering incoming calls in call center environment. Documenting calls in computer system and following up with customers regarding issues. |
| Qualifications: | Must have HS diploma/ GED. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Must be proficient with MicroSoft Office. Criminal background check and drug screen required. Customer service experience preferred. Must have experience working in an office environment. |
